This simple syrup is the perfect floral complement to lemonade, hot or cold tea, and adult beverages (like margaritas!). Our lavender syrup imparts a subtle, delicious floral honey flavor. Made with cane sugar, distilled water, lemon juice, and fresh organic English lavender, we boil these ingredients together and let the flowers steep for three hours before straining. A beautiful pink color develops naturally from the lavender flowers. Note this syrup recipe was tested by the Cornell Food Venture Lab and is certified as shelf-stable for up to 2 years.
