'Rosea' Dried Lavender Bunch

8.00

‘Rosea’ is a compact pink lavender with full, puffy flower heads that with slightly shorter stems than its pink sister, ‘Melissa’. Also known as ‘Jean Davis’ this sweet-smelling lavender is a culinary favorite. As a dried flower, the buds are light pink with a pretty, neat, crisp appearance. ‘Rosea’ is very similar in appearance to our other pink lavender, ‘Melissa’, however ‘Rosea’ is a stronger pink.

This lavender bunch is about 1” in diameter measured at the bunched stems (not the flowers). Because of the differences in lavender varieties, each variety will have natural differences in the number of stems and the stem length in an average bunch.

Uses:

  • Flower buds are edible so suitable for any culinary use (cakes, tea, cookings, flavorings).

  • Decorative bunches and in wreaths.

  • In a sachet or potpourri for the wonderful, relaxing aroma.
